John helped me acquire five residential condominium units in the Denver metro area to replace the sale of my Chicago apartment building in a reverse 1031 exchange. John's experience helped to negotiate these acquisitions in the wake of the frantic market that transpired during the early part of 2022. He was a great sounding board for setting the offers and provided invaluable advice on how to present the offers and counter offers.
